Worst place took my truck for wheel alignment they kept skipping me I was there for two hours and my truck still there untouched I felt discriminated I guess they thought I had no money because I was using a Mopar coupon but my truck is pay for. It has been 2 months that my daughters 2021 Charger is still waiting on a transmission to come in. When she calls or text the service man he says “the transmission is on back order and it should be here soon”. It took 3 weeks to get a rental car. This is horrible service!! Frustrating!!

My tags should have been paid by dealer , not add it to my contract, when i called back and questioned why I had to pay for my tags they gave me some big old story and that I should be happy that I got my vehicle at an interest rate of 1.99 I earned that interest rate not them some people just like to take advantage of others just to put money into their pockets at any cost

I was very disappointed with my assigned service contact person. He did not provide me with timely updates regarding the status of my vehicle. In addition , he was not very accommodating and he was also argumentative. It will be a very long before I will take my vehicle to get service from this establishment. I paid to have my Ram 3500 dually tires rotated. I warned the service assistant not to bang the chrome wheel covers, it would break the plastic retainer clips. Sales manager is Dishonest. Snuck in an extra $900 on agreed sell price of a new used vehicle. Service dept. is uninformed and lost. didn’t seem to listen or really care. A light comes on intermittently, how hard is that to understand? 👎 Also they insult you with trade in prices.

Buyer beware! Be sure to go over the sales contract before you sign it! DO NOT buy extended warranty on new vehicles and check for add-ons. The sales person and the finance rep both assured us our extended warranty would begin AFTER the factory warranty. That's not true. Extended warranties begin the day you buy it and the dealer gets a percentage of the value of your extended warranty from the insurance company. Customer Service could be improved, there was little to no follow up regarding my vehicle. I consistently had to call to get information. I was informed I may possibly need to pay for parts that were still under warranty, then later told they would honor the warranty.

Took my Ram in. Heated seat not working. Kept the truck for a week. Got it back and the seat will not adjust like it should. After calling the service drive for over a week with no return call, Ibstarted calling the service manager, loaner car manager AND even the General Manger for literally a month now to get the truck back in to fix it correctly. The shaft in the service is excellent they took above and beyond my expectations. The answering service or receptionist directing calls is rude and is in need of customer service training.

I went to the dealership for my cars oil change , and the two young men that assisted me were great and very helpful to me.

I felt Haddad worked to get me a deal that I wanted. The sales people were responsive and friendly. They definitely tried to sale the car and listened to my expectations. My Viper had rattling noises in the doors. The service technician took apart both doors, tightened up both windows, and stopped all of the rattling for a very reasonable cost. Good job. The only issue is that it takes a long time to get an appointment for Viper service.

Had to have my fuel filters changed in my 3500 diesel. It was super quick about an hour. However they kinda got diesel fuel everywhere in the engine compartment.

Then, after 4 days of doing NOTHING to the truck they charged $315 for a diagnostic fee. I sent an email asking to speak up a manager...no call back. My experience at Haddad was an absolute travesty. This is the worst dealership I have ever heard of. Really liked the people I dealt with, I told them what I was looking for and they showed me my options and worked with me to make a deal that was good for me.

I am a co signer on a trade in. Haddad Doge is giving me the run around on the pay off. The sales contact was on August 10, as of today September 5th, the car has not been paid off. Be aware you could get dinged on your credit for 30 days late. California law states you gave 21 days from contract to pay off. They are not in compliance with California Law. Go to another dealership to purchase or you could be in the same circumstance.
